What we do

The DECIDE project provides support to selected secondary vocational schools to develop into regional centers of competence capable of responding adequately and relatively quickly to the demands of the local labor market.

Through project measures, schools improve the quality of their educational offer in accordance with the needs of young people and the needs of companies for skilled labor. The activities that are carried out aim to help schools build their capacities and provide quality formal education, primarily according to the dual model, as well as the high quality non-formal trainings needed by the local economy.

A particular field of activity within the project is activities aimed at ensuring better coordination and closer cooperation of all relevant actors in selected municipalities in order to establish or intensify local dialogue on youth employment.
