Training “Career guidance and counselling – from partnership to new, improved practice” was implemented in Belgrade from 15-17th of November 2021. During this training, school Teams for CGC discussed on state and perspectives in the labour market, and had the opportunity to improve their competencies in the areas of establishing partnerships in the field of CGC, development of CGC services at the level of local community, creation of workshops for students and unemployed youth, and promotion of CGC activities and services. Particular attention was also paid to understanding the issues and importance of gender equality in the context of work and career development. Teachers were able to reconsider their own views and exchange experiences, as well as to improve the professional knowledge needed to work with young people on the topic of gender equality through career guidance and counselling.
