From 26th to 28th of September it was realized training of school Teams for Career Guidance and Counselling titled “Career guidance and counselling – from improved practice of VET schools to readiness for initiative at the local level”. Three-day training aimed at improving competencies of members of teams for developmental approach to practice of career guidance and counselling in domain of formal and non-formal education.
With the support of experts and reflection on activities of career guidance and counselling in their schools, teams were enabled to expand knowledge in the field of self-evaluation based on standards of career guidance and counsellimg, as well as planning organized activities with a goal to motivate actors in school and local community for participation in development of programme of career guidance and counselling. There were also discussed new movements and perspectives in education and their meaning for support to young people on career path, namely in the context of development of green agenda.
